Each individual User is permitted to hold one Account only on the rm99c Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose — including bonus exploitation, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 and the maximum single deposit is RM30,000, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional period.

Withdrawal processing is subject to completion of KYC verification. Once verified, standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for e-wallets and DuitNow transfers during normal operating hours. rm99c does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as a measure to prevent money laundering. rm99c reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal that it deems to warrant further scrutiny.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all Promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
Suspected bonus abuse — including, without limitation, matched betting using Bonus Funds, placing opposing bets across accounts, or systematically exploiting low house-edge games to meet wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of all Bonus Funds, associated winnings, and potentially the permanent closure of the Account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation from rm99c.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rm99c, its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting rm99c's customer support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to outstanding wagering obligations.
Involuntary Suspension: rm99c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
In the event of involuntary suspension due to a breach of these Terms, rm99c reserves the right to withhold all Account balances pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part.

In the event that informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised in writing, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent rm99c from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm to its operations or users.
